Engagement Competition

Duration: 27 October - 21 November 2025


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Information on how to enter the Promotion are part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified


Section 1: Promotion 


1. Promotion: ALL Accor+ Explorer members who submit valid entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be entered into the judging to win 1,000,000 ALL Accor Reward Points. The promotion period is from 27 October to 21 November 2025. There will be one (1) winner per participating country, with the prize of 1,000,000 ALL Accor Reward Points awarded to each selected winner.


These Terms and Conditions of Entry will be published on the competition microsite (www.myexplorermoments.com), ALL Accor+ social media pages, and are subject to change at any time during the competition period.


2. Promoter: The Promoter is Accor Plus (operated by Allegiance Marketing Pty Ltd ATF Allegiance Marketing Unit Trust) ABN 58 805 288 553. 1 Level 30, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia.


Section 2: Eligibility 


3. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant must be:

a. Aged 18 years or older as at the commencement of the promotion

b. A current ALL Accor+ Explorer member

c. A registered ALL Accor+ Explorer member in any of the following participating countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Malaysia


4. Non-Eligibility: 

a. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Accor worldwide, or agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.

b. ALL Accor+ Explorer Partner, Partner Privilege, and ALL Accor members who are not ALL Accor+ Explorer members are ineligible.

c. Members outside the participating countries stated at Section 2 No. 3 are ineligible

d. Any missing or incorrect member information provided will render the entry invalid.


Section 3: Entry to the Promotion


5. How to Enter:

To enter, members must:

  • Create and share a 45 - 90 second video highlighting what they love about being an Explorer.
  • Record and edit their video in Portrait format (9:16 ratio).
  • Use the hashtag #myexplorermoments


Mandatories:

  • Valid channels are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or YouTube.
  • Social channel/s used in posting their entries must be set to public; otherwise, we won’t be able to view your entry.


6. Entry Conditions:

  • Members may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is unique. However, the number of entries does not increase the chances of winning, as all submissions will be judged individually against the set criteria.
  • Entries that breach any of the requirements in Section 3 may be deemed invalid.
  • Entrants must comply with the terms and conditions of social media platforms used for submission, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material, nor include copyrighted material without proper permission.
  • Entries must be the entrant’s original work. The Promoter reserves the right to verify originality and may disqualify entries that cannot be confirmed as original.
  • Registered and approved entries must remain publicly available on the entrant’s social media account at least for the entire duration of the competition. Failure to maintain the post’s availability may result in the withdrawal of the initial approval and forfeiture of the entry.


7. Game of Skill: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.


Section 4: Judging and Winners


8. Judging Criteria: All valid entries will be judged based on:

  • Relevance (35%) – How well does the video convey the moments they love about being an ALL Accor+ Explorer member.
  • Creativity (30%) – How original and unique is the video concept?
  • Craft (25%) – How good is the video quality, clarity, sound, and editing?
  • Impact (10%) – How well does the video evoke emotions and speak to their fellow Explorers? 


9. Winners:

  • A panel of ALL Accor+ Explorer judges will select one (1) winner from each participating country based on the above criteria.
  • Announcement of winners will be on or before 10 December 2025.
  • Each winner will receive 1,000,000 ALL Accor Reward Points.
  • Winners will be notified via email or direct message and may be published on ALL Accor+ Explorer channels.


Section 5: Prizes


10. Prize Details

  1. One (1) winner in each participating country (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Malaysia) will receive 1,000,000 ALL Accor Reward Points, credited to their ALL Accor+ Explorer account.
  2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the standard ALL Accor Reward point rules. For more details about the usage of ALL Accor Reward points, please visit ALL.com.
  3. Winners are responsible for any tax liability associated with the prize.
  4. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.


11. Prize Winners

Process for Crediting Points to the Winner’s Account:

  1. The Promoter will send an email notification to the winner’s registered email address advising them of their winning entry and the timeline for prize crediting into their registered membership account.
  2. The 1,000,000 ALL Accor Reward Points will then be credited to the winner’s registered membership account in accordance with the advised schedule.


Section 6: Intellectual Property


12. By entering, participants grant the Promoter an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repurpose, adapt, and publish their entries for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and content repurposing. No compensation will be provided beyond the competition prize.


Section 7: General Conditions


13. Publicity: Winners agree to participate in promotional activity arranged by the Promoter, including use of their names, country, and entry content without additional compensation.


14. Liability Release: The Promoter will not be liable for any technical errors, lost entries, or personal injury sustained in connection with this competition, except where required by law.


15. Force Majeure: The Promoter is not liable for failure to conduct the Promotion due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.


16. Privacy: Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with the ALL Accor+ Explorer Privacy Policy (www.myexplorermoments.com / www.accorplus.com).


17. Social Media Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not the platforms.


Section 8: Data Privacy and Confidentiality


18. The Promoter is committed to ensuring that the personal information of all ALL Accor+ Explorer members is handled in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and treated with strict confidentiality.


19. Personal details collected during the course of this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of:

  • verifying the eligibility of entrants
  • administering prizes
  • communicating with winners
  • publishing winning entries (where applicable)


20. Entrants’ first names, account usernames, and submitted content may be used for promotional purposes related to this campaign, including showcasing entries and testimonials across ALL Accor+ marketing channels.


21. All personal information will be securely stored, with access restricted to authorised personnel only, and will be used strictly in accordance with the ALL Accor+ Explorer Privacy Policy available at www.accorplus.com.
